For more than fifteen years, Dawn has worked in the utility construction field. Her range of skills and expertise led her to form Sterling Utilities. Dawn is committed to raising the bar on industry standards, and educating fellow women about opportunities that exist in the utility field.
In 1972, Jim Danella purchased a utility construction company based in Pennsylvania. In the 45+ years since, he has diversified this organization’s services and expanded the footprint to include the entirety of the United States. In partnership with Dawn, Jim is committed to paving the way for more women in this historically male-dominated field.
